If for any reason you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, you can expect a full refund. After a product ships and you wish to return your product within 30 days of receiving your product, you may request a refund minus a 20% restocking fee by returning it to the address below. Your refund should appear within 14 days of receiving the returned non-damaged product via Paypal. After 30 days and up to 90 days, upon receipt of the product, Silverwood Wood Designs will repair or replace a defective product at no charge.
